It seems to initially want to open the wrong sized label for
my default. With a bit of fumbling, it eventually opens the
correct label. However, I cannot figure out how to get 7.1 to
open the desire label correctly when I start the program
again. I went back to 6.1.1 and all is fine again.

I would suggest not updating unless you need support for one
of the new LabelWriters. 6.1.1 works just fine with Tiger.
