can't drag out of 'their stuff'

Used Product For: Over One Year

all of the sudden i can no longer click on an item in the 'their stuff' window and drag it to my desktop. it seems that the only way to download is to control+click on an item and select download.

anyone else having this problem?

System Info:G4 + Tiger
