thanks, Jakejess. That worked! Appreciate you mentioning it.

1. Back up your data.
2. Insert your original QB CD
3. Drag the QB file to your Applications folder. It'll ask to replace the one in there. Say yes.
4. Install updater.
5. Run QB.
