Great App - not grabbing in Tiger?

Feedback Type:  Usage Tip

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

Tiger, HijackPro 2.5: Not able to grab audio from Safari playing a Quicktime trailer... Example: Won't detect audio on the Star Wars Ep3 trailers on starwars.com, hears the start-up web audio, but I can't capture the audio once the trailer pop-up window appears and starts... Is Apple limiting the capabilities of this great program, or is it me?

Other than this minor problem, I use this program several times a week and have for the last 2 years. Amazing tool for musicians and audio people, as well as someone who simply wants to record an internet stream or protected file.

Tiger also does not grab the audio from "default system input" or "line in" on occasion. for example, I have a timed recording that starts at 8:30am.
at this time, it only records silence from the line in. but if i stop the recording and start it myself, it works fine.
over a period of time the recording "cuts out" and becomes silent again. it will sometimes cut back in and record the proper recording.

very frustrating.
