Existing users, 
Trying to back up CDs and I get this message:
"CD" could not be unmounted. All open files and programs on this volume must be closed first.
Hope they fix this soon. Really annoying, breaking a key feature.

Apparently this is a bug or a Tiger incompatibility with this version of Toast. If you download the 6.1.1 update, the problem will go away.Saturday, November 25 2006 @ 06:03 PM PST

I got this same error the other day - and after the error the disc name changes to "<unknown>" in Toast,but I went ahead with creating a disc image. I dragged the completed image file back in Toast, mounted it & it worked...
