I've owned this for over two years, and I've been very happy with the program and what it does - it makes nice ads and lets me change layouts easily if I need to, and it stores my particulars. The author's support and general policies (whether retrieving a lost serial number, or updating the program at no charge when eBay has made some internal change) has been exemplary, particularly when another eBay program I owned - which was much more expensive - charged an expensive upgrade licensing fee when his program was rendered useless by an eBay category change. To a previous reviewer - audioaquatic - I believe that the author has sold over 1000 items on eBay, so he certainly has experience as an ebay seller. At $10, this is a bargain.
