I am not sure about your negative posts, I have been using e2Sync for 5 weeks, and it's flawless. I asked support about adding some features, and they replied within 3 minutes. So maybe your problem is isolated. Maybe you're the problem. Maybe you're their competitor since e2Sync has basically killed the competition's product. All I know for sure, is that it's working for me, and working real well and their support answered me immediately.

Looking over all the reviews and comments, it seems a pattern emerges: after a flurry of negative reveiws, somebody who has no other comments on all of versiontracker posts a five star review to bring up the overall rating to 3 stars. These other 'reviewers' like this one sound as if they are written by somebody with a vested interest in the software. Look at the other posts and you be the judge. Please find enclosed thes mails from e2sync support.Properly outrageous.
If it is not working, ring Apple. It's NOT our issue. Why do you not
understand this? The problem is your connection to iSync, not e2Sync.
Despite the similarity in the names, your connection issues are nothing to
do with us. Get your T5 talking to iSync, and it'll work with e2Sync.

I can't believe you don't understand. You're arguing over what Apple
supports and blaming us. We support NOTHING BUT ISYNC! We make that
incredibly clear. Your device only needs to be iSync compatible. Is that
clear?

Yes Pooky pooky, do that! You're right, many people DO have a vested interest in our software - our USERS! Fancy that! It is of note that the good reviews are from people with many other reviews while the poor reviews are from people with either just one review, or 2 reviews, and the other being in favor of our competition. It has become abundantly clear that you and the other posts are being caused by our competition. The reality is, e2Sync and our support rocks! One needs to go a LONG way to find better. I hope VT investigates this fully, and they have been asked to do so already.e2Sync
