I am new to widgets. The instruction says to open Dashboard. I have no idea what is a Dashboard, couldn't find anything answering to that name, so can't use the widget. I use Safari with OS X 10.3.9. Help. please.

This is a TIGER 10.4 only feature. These widgets won't work in anything except TIGER.Try Konfabulator if you want to use widgets in Panther.

Same problem here. Not only does Dashboard not work, but I cannot figure out how to launch Spotlight, and Automator is crap - just the same old Applescript!Running Mac OS X 10.3.9. I've got 3 GB of RAM so I know that's not the problem. Please help!

David, Dashboard is a new feature in OSX 10.4 Tiger. You can't use widgets with 10.3.9 as it doesn't have Dashboard.Monday, May 02 2005 @ 07:49 AM PDT
