VT system requirements are wrong

Shiira 1.0 is strictly for Tiger and won't run on Panther because (for starters) it links to a different version of libcurl.

Why is everybody writing that Shiira will not run under Panther?
I am running Panther and enjoying the speed of Shiira!!
