I love it for web work, but I can never get decent results when trying to print my charts. Is there a secret to exporting decent jpegs?

printing quality - jusrogers

PDFs!!! My PDFs always come out top notch. I love the drop shadows and graphic capabilities far better then Visio, and often people ask me how I got it to look as good as it does with minimal efforts. The grids are always good, etc. I love it. I generally send the files as PDFs for other clients and customers to view, and then I find myself printing from the PDF in either preview or Acrobat and getting the best results.

I export OmniGraffle diagrams as TIFF instead of JPEG and paste the diagrams into PowerPoint. If I export at 300 dpi I get wonderful results even on large format printers. 150 dpi works well for letter (A4) size printing.
