Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

On iMag G5 running 10.3.9, behind a DSL firewall and on AirPort network, launched QuikIP and it hung. Drew buttons but no color for Close, Minimize, Maximize. Displayed "Retrieving information" for all three lines.

fails - had to force quit - pwforaker

ran it again and left it running... after about 5 minutes, it finished drawing the color in the buttons and displayed the IP addresses. So, I'm thinking it had a little trouble with the complexity of the network.

I apologize for this. Sadly I don't have a G5, or an unusually complex network, however if you can give me an overview of your network, or possibly e-mail me, I'd like to see what I can do.
