Existing users, 
I consider the $50 I paid for this as theft.
I tried this product after reading a positive review in the book "Mac Annoyances". The trial version worked, but is severely restricted. In the paid full version (which it took the developer almost a week to send me a registration code for) I encountered irrevocable errors when importing my email messages.
There is no useful help on their website, and they DO NOT RESPOND to technical support emails.
AVOID this program and this developer.

AVOID! - telem
The developer is a small Swiss company. They probably don't have the manpower to always respond quickly. There is a mail that they own that is very helpful to users. Many beta testers are there and offer excellent advice.. PM is terrific.Wednesday, June 15 2005 @ 04:06 AM PDT

Many of the problems you have encountered could be solved by a group of very dedicated and knowledgeable Powermail users. Give it a try! :) You have made a wise purchasing choice by choosing to become a part of the Powermail community. It IS unfortunate that you've initially had major transition problems - give the discussion list a try... Cheers!
