Yes. I am having the same technical problem. And, as I wrote a few minutes ago, I too haven't been able to get technical support.

When trying to record I get the error message
Quicktime API error
Have not been able to get this program to work
on Mac OS 10.4.3

Audio postcard doesn't work - miltm

I have had the exact same problems. The company is the only one that offered no real technical assistance..though I did get one e-mail from someone..it offered no solution.

I was able to get it to work one time and when it does work people on the receiving end enjoyed getting it. On the whole..a disappointment and a waste of money :(

If I ever get it to work..I will post a solution .

They DO NOT respond to any emails - michaeljosephgraves

These people do not respond to emails...... They take your funds and disappear ?
