I think I'll stick with...

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

E-mail Effects and Table Text from Sig Software. Its a tad more expensive, but seems to be more useful. It can also render simple line drawing into ASCII art, which this app doesn't seem to do. Don't get me wrong--this app is fine and does what it says, but if you already have the Sig Software product, there's no need to switch that I can see.

Let me amend my comment above, which got sent before I had completed it: This app will serve as a useful supplement to the Sig Software product. There is one thing it does that neither Table Text nor E-mail Effects does: it allows you to do Textboxes for multiple columns of text in an e-mail, or blocks of text positioned wherever you want them. Hence I cecommend it as a suplement to any other ASCII art/effects app you may have.
