I was able to launch the app with no problem, but I was not able to use the Expand command (cmd-o) because it was greyed out and dragging the rar file to the RAR Expander's dock icon accomplished nothing even though it registered as a file it can handle.

System Info:G4/400 Sawtooth AGP OS 10.3.9

It's very strange that the "Expand" menu item is grayed out on your system. Can you give me some more information about this problem so that I can debug it? What version of OSX are you using?
