GC handles many adjustments faster than Photoshop CS. Creating graphics for web sites, the JPEG preview in the Save dialog is awesome. I can accurately create the smallest file size without noticeable loss and without guessing. GC's browser and batch converter are quick and simple yet very full featured.

With Photoshop CS for filters and touchups and GC for batch processing and resizing, I'm invincible!
