Existing users, 
I have been using MacMagic for a couple of months. I find its hierarchical file/folder system very easy to use and, more importantly, a boon to keeping my system organized. I am not particularly computer-savvy, but I had no difficulty installing and setting up my files in MacMagic. Perhaps that is because the developer, Steve Becker, responded so promptly to my email with simple, straight-forward answers to my questions.

Don't you love it when a product gets a whole bunch of negative feedback, then all of a sudden, someone comes out of leftfield and gives it five stars and talks about how GREAT it is? And then when you look up the user, you find out it's the only review they've ever submitted.Makes you wonder...
...how stupid some people think we all are.
