The license agreement needs to be changed. The fact that it uses the old licensing agreement is a bug and will be addressed shortly.

It's freeware as of 4.4 but as I understand it beginning with 5.0 there will be a Pro and Lite version. But for now this is the "pro" version and it's freeware.

Freeware or Shareware ??? - ctuur

It is free for simple burns. If you want to make hybrids or assign a custom icon etc., you will have to pay the $30 Shareware fee. See the forum on the Developer's Site.
