After selecting 'I'm agree' under the GNU license agreement, clicking 'proceed' does nothing! A pity, because it seems to be very useful for we that comes and go from our desktop needing to have with us all the most recent changes!

I have changed the download link, as it appears that some browsers have an issue with my original link.
