The quote "...we have..." in addition to inside information about release features makes it obvious that this review (and probably the one preceding it) are written by the creators of the program and/or their friends.
Such blatantly obvious biased comments have the exact opposite effect they had intended. X-plane is a very good program, but their marketing is very poor and in a feeble attempt to raise sales, they resort to these adolescent-like tactics of giving themselves 5 stars. Sad. Very sad and pathetic.

How about you actually visit the x-plane site before you make such claims. Austin Mayer is very open about what's going on with x-plane... thats just how it is. anybody can go on the yahoo news site, and see for example, that he has pushed the released of the scenery to september sometime because of continuing added features... You do not need to be a developer of x-plane to find out these things (there's only about 4 or 5 anyway)!Get your facts right before you make claims on what you don't know,

Reuben isn't one of the developers of the program. He's simply an add-on designer who has created a couple of very good scenery packages for X-Plane. His use of "we have" isn't intended to infer that he works on the core X-Plane product. He is simply a member of a very active grassroots community on which X-Plane thrives. Please don't jump to conclusions about reviews like his, as there are several users out there who do feel that the sim in its current form merits a 5 star review.Reply to This
