I couldn't get the program to work. I tried importing my Library and the program locks hard. Haven't been able to find a workaround.

Program Locks - Ideographer

If you have more than 5,000 songs in your iTunes library, you may need to wait for a few minutes to see the process start.

Program Locks - WillMardis

I had a similar problem, and finally found the answer. One of my song had an open parenthesis in the title! An open parenthesis! Imagine that! After closing the parenthesis, it worked perfectly.
