1) The feature is that is supports more formats than just iTunes formats, including OGG.
New feature coming by version 0.3:
Burning playlists from iPods.

2) It is kind of a pre-release of 0.2, but it is still 0.11 because the only really new feature of the program is that it supports OGG.
