I've had the same trouble with Unsanity's sale/support as mgwhiz. I paid for and registered FruitMenu back in 2003, but encountered a glitch when upgrading to 3.3.0. I contacted Unsanity with my name, password and registration code and asked them to help me out. The company responded by stating that they had NO record of my paying or registering. I sent them an email that Unsanity had sent ME in 2003 when I'd an earlier upgrading glitch. Unsanity's 2003 email showed that they had my name, password and registration code in their database.
Did I get a response from Unsanity? Nooo. I've bought other Unsanity products and they're great, but lately their support response has been crappy.
