I understand the Keychain access requests, but what is the purpose of the windows constantly requiring the user name and serial number. They don't end, even for the same sites. It is really annoying to have to enter the same long serial number over and over. I found nothing in the Help section or on the web site to explain this problem. Am I missing something?
