Existing users, 
For example, there is no "help" file built into the application.
Therefore not exactly sure how to make it it handle all the type of audio files it claims to be able to handle.

Ill bet you wouldnt criticize transfers from ipods if your hard drive took a dump and you had $1000+ worth of songs on it, and now the only place you have them is your ipod would you now......now you have a reason for ipod to itunes transfers.
On a side note, and to add a REAL review, I cant get this thing to work at all.....
