Most solitaire games wear thin after a while; this is the first one since the original Eric's that's earned a lasting place in my Apps folder. Kitty has a clean interface and is well-polished - it even remembered that I like to play only on my second monitor and left the window where I wanted it at the size I wanted it. Play is smooth and fast. The app has a low overall impact on my machine, so I have no problem just leaving it running all the time in a corner somewhere for when I need a quick break. There's only one game type, but I never played any of the more exotic solitaire variations, anyway, so it's not a problem for me. Overall, it's a cute addition to my desktop.
