Used Product For: Over One Year

I keep downloading the new Kensington drivers for the turbo mouse but they have no effect on the button control. All 4 buttons will only act as a 1 or 2 click function. No other functions will work. Besides purchasing a new mouse, is there anything I can do? The computer is a G4 466, system is OSX 10.3.8. Please advise!!!!!

Re: the non-working unit call Kensington, there's a 5 year warranty and they have great support.

I am experiencing the same problem.

I filed a bug report with them and suggest you do the same. It seems likely they will fix the problem.

To solve the problem, I simply moved back to v2.5.1.
