We appreciate your candid feedback even though some if it is quite hard to hear. We're sorry that we've disappointed some of you. Since the release of version 3.0 four months ago we've added a lot of neat features like Palm handheld synchronization, QuickNote, .Mac backup/restore, contextual menus, hierarchical folder export, plus 100+ other important features and user requests. We've also fixed lots of bugs and made many optimizations to the software.
Given this aggressive release schedule, we don't feel that it's fair to say that we've been unresponsive, unattentive, or uncaring. We are deeply committed to StickyBrain and we think the majority of people are pleased with it. That said, we understand that we have let some of you down and we're committed to changing that. We will fix the issues that many of you have brought to our attention and we're sorry that these fixes didn't make it into the most recent release. Again, we'll try and do better and we hope our actions speak louder than our words.

Yes i also have some troubles with support. I never got a response email. Not even an auto reply email that the my mail was delivered. I should get one within 5 or 10 minutes according to the support site? I hope you can fix this otherwise this was a waste of 20 dollars and i should have just downloaded a crack or something like that.You dont only pay for the software but also for the support i think.

Same here. I am having trouble getting the software to work under 10.4 Tiger (the database won't launch). Chronos' support web site has been down for days, and they are totally unresponsive to me email requests. I am thinking of disputing the charge on my credit card to try to get my $ back for this software. Well i got support. I guess you dont get a auto response email anymore. But they were able to reproduce my bug and it will be fixed in the next version.And to be honest i dont blame them for not giving support for x.4 because it hasnt officially be launched yet....

I just purchased SB from your website. The file downloaded fine, but the install crashes everytime. I have the latest OS update on a G4 PB. I have been a DevonThink user for about a year, and wnated to see if SB3 compares. I guess not. I've emailed for help, but have not received a response. In comparison Devon Tech responds within hours. Always within 24hrs.Reply to This
