With the myriad of utilities that can capture and contain text snippets,
notes, articles and web pages this is an interesting application and worth
a test run. I would like to see synchronization between two SB databases.
... and more 'StickyBrain grab to' options in the contextual menu ( I would like
to send various texts to different folders within the contextual menu rather
than have to manually collate lots of 'gabbed' clippings later.) Editing or
being able to open clippings or turning them into desktop stickies from
within Flashnote would also be a lot more productive.
iSnip ( http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/25711 ) is a
very worthy, inexpensive competitor to stickybrain and Chronos need to
keep on their toes with a couple more 'must have features' or it will just
disappear, especially considering it's unusual OpenBase system and
how many dislike it.

Actually, it IS possible to send clippings to various folders through the Sticky Brain Grab to contextual menue. In Sticky Brain, open a new Viewer Window. Select the folder you'd like added in the drawer, right-click it (or option click it) and choose Edit shortcut... in the contextual menue. In the window that opens, there is a drop-down menue called Action. Choose Grab Selection, click okay and you're done. The folder will now appear in the Stricky Brian Grab contextual menue. You can add as many folders as you like, even subfolders. Works quite well!Reply to This
