Existing users, 
... they told me on my question, why You Syncronize is not able to compare about 30.000 ... 40.000 files by date - AND ONLY BY DATE! Hanging for hours with more than 40% of CPU usage. YS wasa not made for that they told me.
So, if you have to update a directory with more than just a few files YS will not do the job for you.
Until today I did not find a Mac program to do this small job; every little DOS or Win utility does it - sorry...
If the demo version would have shown that bug (AND IT IS!) I'd never have given them money for that.
