I bought the $49 Apply/Correct by Asiva ( www.asiva.com ) and all went well until I tried the emailed serial # which constantly gave "Error - The serial number you entered is invalid. Please try again. Ok" Now after innumerable emails to support@asiva.com, contact@asiva.com, sales@asiva.com, and messages left at their tel.#(512) 732-2886 with some answering machine Julie voice, I have to recommend that any and all stay far, far away from Asiva and Shapiro Consulting Group, Inc., presumably either maker or vendor for Asiva Apply/Correct Color. Stay away!! They're phonies and unsupported, notwithstanding other persons experiences with either them or their products. Don Saar, drdonzi@crocker.com. PS: you want their non-working serial #? Email me. And I dare Shapiro Group to sue me. And my rating reflects that not even once has their product been enabled due exclusively to their non-support, non-response, non-help, non-answering. How else can I say this?

Yes, all is well with the bank as regards Order Number #152.
I also sent a correction to Version Tracker as regards Asiva.
In fact, I never, ever in the past sent anything to anybody including Version Tracker like what I did. I just felt extremely frustrated - not frustrated because the software was not working - but rather I became extremely agitated because there was no response from your side. No response with either your direct telephone connection nor innumerable email messages.
The lesson therefore to me and perhaps to you as well, is not that the software did not work, but rather the total non-response to both innumerable voice messages and innumerable email message. This to me is the ultimate real lesson here.
I do appreciate however your allowing me one gratis piece of software.
So ... thank you. In fact, thank you very, very much for creating what I still believe is a superior - much, much superior in fact - replace color capability which is vastly lacking in Adobe's Photoshop CS.

Asiva Apply/Correct - Follow up - Don Saar
Dear Sirs,I apologize but the company finally did come thru with the correct serial # exactly just before I was going to my bank to file a "provisional credit" claim for a non-performing product which by virtue of a lack of a correct serial # this product was indeed non-performing. Further, Asiva offered to give me any other Photoshop plugin gratis which I took them up on but have not yet received. Maybe never? Who knows! Anyways, thank you very, very much.
