I sent an E-mail to VT support but in case this is confusing others, SAV 3.91 has been out for quite some time and they actually just released 4.50. From the Sophos KB:
Released:
* Four new versions of Sophos Anti-Virus:
Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows 2000/XP/2003, version 5.0
Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows 95/98/Me, version 4.5
Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows NT, version 4.5
Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac OS X (10.2 and 10.3), version 4.5
* Enterprise Console for deploying, configuring, and monitoring these new versions of Sophos Anti-Virus
* A new version of EM Library, version 1.2, for updating Sophos Anti-Virus automatically on Windows, Mac, UNIX (most versions), Linux (Intel) and NetWare computers.

Release numbers correction - gmatsuda

I don't know if the versions are different for the small business version, but for enterprise, the current version as of March, 2004 is 3.91. April will bring us to 3.92. This goes across all platforms Sophos supports.
