Apple should pay the developers some money and switch to this. Definitely an essential for Macs with multiple users. Only minor improvement I'd like is a higher quality "root" ("System Administrator") picture - at the largest size the picture is pixelated in the menu. But this is academic as I don't have the root user enabled and so don't actually have WinSwitch include the root user in the menu. Just something I observed.
