I don't know what to say. The last poster claims he got good support. That has not been my experience. I purchased DiskBlaze back in 2003, and liked it very much. But one of the OSX updates caused it to not work anymore. DiskBlaze Support said it was because Apple wasn't supporting my burner anymore. I was not pleased, but I couldn't do anything about it, so I had to accept that. Recently I bought a new G5, and thought I'd be all set to use DiskBlaze again, but when I downloaded the latest version, it would not accept my registration number. It gave me the error message "INVALID". I e-mailed DiskBlaze support <blaze@radicalbreeze.com> twice, explaining it, and asking for help. They did not answer. Or maybe the spam filter got the reply and they didn't answer the challenge. I don't know. I'd just like to be able to use the software I bought.
