Existing users, 
I'm no power user of Limewire but I really hate the Java-based interface and the sluggishness of it all. There's a new app called Cabos which I like. The music results I get are great! ... maybe a Limewire pro would like to try it out and see how it compares?

Limewire Alternative - APGiuliano
Tried it side by side with Acquisition and LimeWire Pro latest versions. Cabos found 138 matches, Acquisition 176 and LW Pro 239 of a search for (no snickering) Manilow All 3 launched and searched at nearly the same time with minor difference in switching app windows to hit the Search buttons... I still prefer Acquisition, regardless of the 30 minute nag. Found many aesthetic and interface issues with Cabos, but it is only a 0.29 beta...Wednesday, March 09 2005 @ 10:34 AM PST
