This file continually displays the message 'Verification failed', which I'm assuming is some sort of checksum that DiskImageMounter is warning, and it then quits. I'm certainly not going to try and install something that my system says is corrupt even before I try and mount it!
I wonder if anyone at Microsoft knows this is a problem - there doesn't seem to be a clear way to let them know that the file is invalid.
