Really would love to use this product. However upon installation, I accidentally keyed the wrong password for my callvantage account. Now I cannot get the script to make the phone call, because CallVantage does not recognize my password.

How do I fix this problem?

In a matter of moments, Adam sent me the solution.

If this happens to you, just just trash Home/Library/Preferences/com.nvdesign.cvdial.plist

I kept looking for a com.callvantage.plist - never thought to look for the developers name. Thanks for the fast response
