This software (version 1.10) works simply and effectivley. For example, when I need my Windows Media Player to run videos more smoothly, I quickly turning off most or all of my applications with Linked Applications Launcher, and then when I'm finished I just as easily turn them all back on again. I trigger the process with a spare small application that I run in my Dock and use just as an off & on "trigger" to turn off and back on again the set of applications which always run when I startup my Mac. For more than 35 running applications it takes no more than 10 seconds to turn them all completely off, and pehaps 35 seconds to turn almost all of them back on. Also, the support provided by the developer of Linked Applications Launcher has been prompt, helpful and clear. I am hopeful that the developer will provide a meaningful discount for current registered users whenever any major upgrade is needed or offered.
