No company or entity can afford to manufacture and ship CD's "for free." Get a grip.
In the meantime, YDL is a very nice Linux distro for Macintosh.

Ubuntu definitely ships discs completely free of charge. No charge for shipping; no charge for media; no taxes; no cost. I just received my box with 20 x86 sets (install + live cd) and 10 PPC discs. I've been handing them out at user group meetings.As to which is better, YDL or Ubuntu, I don't have an opinion yet. YDL has served me well on PowerPC for a long time. I have no complaints.
