After two attempts to download, the get a blank document with the following in Get Info:

SafarIcon 2.1.4.tar.gz-link

Can't get it. - Px2

I just removed '-link' from the downloaded filename 'SafarIcon 2.1.4.tar.gz-link', which gave me SafarIcon 2.1.4.tar.gz that can then be uncompressed. It worked fine for me.
