A. I don't see any integration between Safari and Speed Download - I found no mention of it in the documentation, other than the preferences, and no evidence of it in Safari, except that Speed Download plugin's are installed. Nothing shows up in the Speed Download 3 manager when I download something in Safari. There is no right click option to use Speed Download. Downloads in the Safari manager are still slow. If you have to copy URLs and paste them into a sub-window of Speed Download I'm not sure it's worth it - especially since they are equally slow.
B. I tried the software to improve the speed of downloading x-plane. The Linux download was still dog slow and the Mac download never started and crashed Speed Download when I tried to cancel.
C. I'm adding one star because you included a uninstall tool, which I will be using right now.

I don't see any improvement - Yazsoft
If you cannot see any integration with Speed Download 3 and Safari then there is something definately not quite right at your end as the integration is very much there and fully functional on hundreds of tested machines.Do you meet the system requirements for SD 3 (Mac OS X 10.3.7 or later)?
How is SD 3 installed on your system?

You must have set something wrong in the prefs. It integrates perfectly with Safari on my machine (eMac, 10.3.8). Automatically launches & post-processes downloads, and yes, the contextual menu item is there and it works.Reply to This
