I'd be glad to e-mail you. What is your e-mail address and what would you like me to e-mail you about?

Since you don't know what I want to be emailed about--I paid for your product, and was never sent a confirmation of that order (it DID show up as a charge on my credit card, so you DID collect the money for that purchase). By not receiving a confirmation number, I was not able to upgrade the product. Additional emails to Intech went unanswered. Any response from Intech was NOT filtered by my spam filter, and I did provide my email address, correctly, several times in my correspondence.

So far, the only place Intech seems to respond is in a public forum, so I would like to know, a reason for this--not an excuse. I am not the only person that has had this issue.

I just can not take your criticims seriously. I acknowlodged previously (7/21/04) that some coustmers may have slipped through the cracks when I said: "regrettably, at times a few customers have not received the high level of service which our company has been offering since we started in 1996."

Yes, that may have included you. No, we are not a perfect company. No company is. But good companies, like Intech, constantly improve their products and services. Our highly succssful forums are a perfect example.

So, unless you actually want do something besides continuing to play the role of self-created victim, I suggest you come to our website and contact us like every other customer.

Yes. Your company made a half hearted attempt at an apology, and I did email you with the details of the original purchase. It was a complete waste of time to look up the year old credit card statement. It was a waste of time because once again--no reply. Not even a response that said "we can't find the records." That isn't falling through the cracks.

OK. So that's what happened then. We're sorry. Really. But we've been responding for almost a year, we've told you that we've fixed the problems of the past and you still haven't contacted us. I'm NOT going to publish your invoice number on the internet (i.e. this site or any other site). So what's it going to be? Do you want your invoice number or do you simply want to keep complaining that we are a bad company?
