This app is pretty ugly to look at and really not very powerful. I'm used to using a mac where getting a screengrab is actually a normal part of the system. The biggest drawback is it can't grab a full scrolling window. It can only take what's on your screen as is. You may as well hit 'print screen' and paste it into paint. The supporting website is woefully amaturish, with little information. The help links to this... and there is none there.
