To me it looks like this app is the cause for my Safari crashes. Since I don't use 3rd party menu items anymore for quite a while I'm going to remove the menu extras enabler from my system.

Then you're looking wrong.MEE doesn't do anything at all in any app but SUIS. So it cannot possibly be the cause of your Safari crash. It isn't running any code in Safari. MEE will appear in every Cocoa app crash log. Just like QuickTime or AppKit.
