Very simple but very limited & limiting. Free because it couldn't possibly be not free.

Why this app is better than merely having a URL folder in your Dock into which to save URL clippings is beyond me, except for the novelty of the sound effects.

- Cannot edit bookmark titles after adding via drag 'n' drop.
- Cannot edit bookmark URLS after adding via drag 'n' drop.
(I'm not even sure where the URL are kept.)
- No uninstaller.
- Lack of window means needing to juggle your other menu items around to see it when in a browser on small screens (1024).
- Preferences are limited to just "Viewed Items: Remove or Make as checked". - Why no option to do neither?
- Lacks application icon.
- About box shows up only in Finder.
- Sound for non-URL drag 'n' drop attempts is awful and punishing if using headphones or have good speakers attached.
- Clear Items dialog box is poorly worded:
This action will remove all items from the URLwell menu. Do you want to proceed? Do you want to clear all items? (Don't Clear) (Clear)

You've said 3 verbs, "remove", "proceed" and "clear". Keep it simple.
This action will permanently remove all items from the URLwell menu. Do you want to proceed?(Cancel) (Remove All Items) or even just (Cancel) (OK).

Oh well.

You need to read the HIG. The button wording is exactly how it's supposed to be done. 'OK/Cancel' is even demonstrated as wrong, IIRC. Verbs are good
