I am visually impaired. For around a year I have been using a product called Pinpoint. PinPoint helps you locate your pointer on the screen by displaying a graphic of your choice around it. It is great when you have many monitors or to work outside in the sun on your PowerBook or iBook. PinPoint is FREE for the visually impaired. You still need to contact the vendor to request a special registration code just for you! This will disable the warning but leave the custom pointers disabled. AND the product is only $10.
