Crashes before I even start

Screen says loading.... THat's it. I have to force quit to get out.

System Info:OS 10.3.8 Powerbook G4

Crashes before I even start - ATM Man

Screen loads up fine then when I click on "Maybe Later", the cursor freezes and I have to do a Force Quit to get it to quit. Not ready for prime time on my G4, 1 GHZ FW 800 mirror door tower.
