German specific: When I go with Safari to Roxio.com, I am immediately redirected to roxio.de (maybe due to my browser's language?) - and there is no way back, even when you select "N. American" in the language popup: jump to .com, jump back to .de. Of course v6.0.9 is not available at roxio.de.

So there's no way with "common sense" to the 609 update - but you may try this: Open the Toast application and select "help > download updates" - this ONLY links to the US-Homepage, no matter what language you use, and there is the update. This is vollkommen irre...
