Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 6-12 months

Recommend Product: YES

I am a v2 registered user, I just installed the upgrade and it doesn't appear to be working in an unregistered mode? whats the deal, do I have to pay for an upgrade. I agree with the others, the upgrade is a little on the high side. I'm all for paying for continued development, but it's quite high considering v2 worked perfectly.

pay for upgrade? - cabelsa

Hello,

If Transmit 2 works well for you, there's no reason to update! We're certainly not forcing you to. :)

Transmit 3 is a paid upgrade, yes. As I've said on here a few times, it's our first paid upgrade in two years (!), and the price is only $1 more than the last paid upgrade, despite all the new features.

We think it's quite reasonable. But if Transmit 2.6.2 works great for you -- and you don't need the new features -- stick with 2.6.2! We promise we won't be mad! :)

Best,
Cabel / Panic

I have no use for tabs or a drawer, but some people obviously do.
Will all this work with the Tiger OS?
