Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Steve Jobs has crafted and polished Keynote 2 and it shows. Aside from spotty PowerPoint filter, this is an excellent presentation software. Pages, on the other hand, is very problematic. One of the biggest problems is font smoothing (anti-alias), which is set to light. Fonts look extremely fuzzy. Another major problem is poor Word and HTML filters, which are so bad, they are borderline unusable. And my other beef is poorly implemented page management. It's very difficult to delete a page. Otherwise, Pages is an admirable effort with minlmalist UI packing a good deal of power.
